Brighton

My dad has been talking about taking us to Brighton for the last few years, and finally we got around to making that trip. It took about 1 hour and a half to get to the Park and Ride, then about another 20 mins on the bus to the Pavilion.

We went straight into the Royal Pavilion, cost about £12 per person, inside was incredible, it was decorated in Chinese style, dragons and serpents everywhere, the chandeliers were stunning, loved reading through the greedy Kings menu….

There is a lot to see, the rooms are all breath taking, they had a little movie that was very informative, loved it when it mentioned that the King built a tunnel under ground so he didn’t have to walk through the centre as he was so ashamed of how overweight he was.
